As the new year begins, two technician teams from Beijing ZJS Company have gone separately for the installation and commissioning of sulfonation plants. One team traveled to Tanzania, Ghana and Qatar, while the other team traveled to Egypt, Iran and Pakistan. At the same time, India’s 5t sulfonation plant is also under manufacturing. With advanced sulfonation technology, high-quality products and an excellent installation team, ZJS has won praise from both domestic and overseas users.

After ZJS successfully developed the world’s leading large-scale petroleum sulfonate continuous falling film sulfonation production plant, the company’s R&D team continued its efforts and successfully developed secondary continuous SO3 sulfonation technology. This achievement realized a breakthrough in the combination of sulfonation process chemistry and thermodynamics, and has been successfully applied to the experimental development of many industrial surfactant products. For the electric vehicle industry, ZJS has also completed the development and construction of a sulfonation test unit for PVDF-g-ST film materials, filling a gap in China’s industrial surfactant field and expanding the application of falling film sulfonation technology in the industrial sector.

For low-concentration SLES products such as 30% SLES, foaming can easily occur when the product is disturbed or impacted. By adding a non-disturbance structure to the existing flash evaporator, ZJS has overcome the disadvantages of gas-liquid disturbance and difficult vacuum control. Flash dehydration of both high- and low-concentration SLES products can now be achieved on the same equipment, while also reaching the effect of dioxane removal.
